All garments in our store are made directly by our brand in our factory. Stock is maintained for most standard products however, embroidered and Sartorial garments are made only after the customer places the order. Our garments take between to be ready. An approximate timeline is given below –
Embroidered Garments such as Sherwanis, Indo-Westerns, Tuxedos: 15-30 days.

Suits, Shirts, Trousers, Jackets: 15 days

After trial, it will take us 3 to 30 days to make the garment depending upon the amount of embellishment and craftsmanship that is going into it. After all ‘good things take time’ and it is a customised, handmade, bespoke piece and not a factory/assembly line product. QSR is offered by many brands, but a fine dining equivalent experience is offered by Pall Mall Sartorial.

We do have an Express Service available in special circumstances and it can be availed post discussion with the store.

That is the advantage that you have with Pall Mall Sartorial – we have more than 300 different types of fabrics sourced from brands across the world available, in stock. You can touch and feel the fabric in the store and then decide with the help of our design experts available for consult. We also offer a wide choice of colours in addition to the fabrics. Now if ‘Twining with the Bride’ or ‘Groomsmen Colour Theme’ is the objective behind the colour choice, we have an array of fabrics to help you choose from.

Our expert fitters and tailors take the measurement in a specific way that help us customize and make your sartorial garment, this will not be possible over a video call. However, a home visit can be organized for the same, if you reside in Delhi NCR. We maintain that a visit to the store is the best to get the fit right for your sartorial garment. It is advisable not to skip a fitting trial for the garment, as the final finishing is done post the trial. However, if you cannot come to the store for the same, then please indicate so at the time of ordering

The orders are to your specifications, and hence, no changes can be made once the order has been confirmed from your end. However, if you wish to make any changes, you could send us an email at customercare@pallmallfashions.com and we will try our level best to incorporate those changes. Please mentioned your order details in this email.

Please see the refund policy for complete detail. Refunds and returns are possible in certain situations. Fitting alterations are also possible for our customers, within a period of 3 months

Refund policy
Garments that are ‘Made to Measure’ will not be eligible for refunds, however alterations can be made within 3 months of purchase.

If your Item is a ready-made size bought from our store, then we can do an exchange or refund.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account or wallet.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to the store, and once the return is accepted, make a purchase for the new item.

A well looked after suit will last a long time. Follow these basic care instructions to preserve your suit’s longevity.

• Pockets, lapels and columns should be brushed frequently to remove dirt.
• Stains should be blotted immediately not rubbed.
• After use, allow your suit to rest; wearing the same suit for two days in succession can cause damage to the fibres.
• To help maintain the shape of your suit always hang your jacket on an appropriate hanger that supports the shoulders and always hang your trousers vertically.
• Unbutton your suit jacket before you sit down to avoid pulling.
• Store your suit in a breathable garment bag for protection.
• Have your suit dry cleaned atleast once a season
